Returns are accepted within 7 days only if the issue was caused by our mistake.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

We accept returns in cases such as:

• The product is different from what was described or promised.
• The item arrived damaged due to our handling or packaging.
• There is a clear mistake from our side in the order.

We do not accept returns if the product was used, opened, damaged by the customer, or returned due to personal preference after delivery.
