1. Place one or two fingers under the puff ribbon, press the puff onto the sieve and shake twice for the perfect amount of powder.
2. Stamp onto the cheekbone or apples of cheeks according to face shape.
3. Blend in light upward, circular strokes.

ROSE PERFECTO APPLICATION
Apply Le Rouge lipsticks on your lips starting from the center of the lips towards the corners, beginning with the upper lip. Continue your application on the lower lip.
